I have very recently moved to the Central West End from Southern California and I absolutely love the area and my condo and my realtor, Maria Strizhev.

Maria and I have been through some rough times in the last year and a half due to the year it took to sell my condo in Palm Desert, California. Through it all, Maria was a true professional, advisor, friend.

Maria sold the first loft/condo I bought in St. Louis just weeks after listing it and then guided me through the process of making offers on not one, not two, but three subsequent condos. I have to say the third time was a charm. It's a very charming third-floor walk-up with lots of light.

When people find out that I moved to St. Louis from California, they ask me if I have friends or family in the area. I say yes, I have Maria.
