We agree under the terms of an exclusive right to sell agreement executed the same day as this guarantee, to perform the following services on your property:

- To arrange an office tour
- To hold your home open for St. Louis brokers and salespeople
- To set up a meeting with the advertising department for promotion of your home
- To arrange Sunday open houses as needed for proper exposure
- To maintain a "for sale" sign at the front of your home
- To pre-qualify buyers to eliminate unnecessary inconvenience to you
- To keep you informed of the "marketing progress" of your home
- To submit your home's information to the Internet Web Site
